Pair programming

"Pair programming is an agile software development technique in which two programmers work together at one workstation. One, the driver, writes code while the other, the observer or navigator, reviews each line of code as it is typed in. The two programmers switch roles frequently." - Wikipedia

Each week in IST 687 Driver will share their screen and execute the coding assignment. The Driver will also share the assignment with the Navigator and submit the assignment to the Learning Management System (LMS). The Navigator will assist with executing the assignment and also submit the assignment to the LMS.

Asking for help

While you complete the week's lab assignment, I'll stop by each breakout room. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about the assignment or any other topic. This means that I may be in another breakout at the moment your question arises. In that case, I encourage you to click the "Ask for Help" (image below) button in the menu bar. This will send me an alert that you need assistance. Sit tight, I will join your room shortly.
